Frequently asked questions
31Can I adjust the temperature of my heated towel rail?
Temperature adjustment is available when the unit is equipped with a thermostat. Some models come with a thermostat as standard, while for others the thermostat is an optional accessory. Temperature can be adjusted as long as a thermostat is fitted.
32Why doesn't my towel feel evenly warm on a heated towel warmer?
This is related to whether your towel matches the towel warmer. For large bath towels, we recommend choosing a larger-size model that allows full contact between the bath towel and the towel warmer. When the towel and unit are well-matched, the towel can be heated more evenly. In addition, some towel warmers are single-rod designs. For even heating with these models, you may need to wrap the towel around the rod.
33How many towels can one heated towel warmer hold?
The capacity varies greatly depending on the size of the towel warmer. Larger models can dry more towels. Towels may be overlapped during warming and drying. Please note that do not fully cover the towel warmer; leave some space for heat dissipation. Otherwise, the unit may not dissipate heat properly, resulting in an excessively high surface temperature.
34What material is the towel warmers made of?
Our towel warmers are generally made of 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel, while some accessories are made of copper. Please refer to the product introduction for the specific material of each towel warmer.
35What is the dimensional tolerance of your towel warmers?
Our products are divided into multiple lines. The S series is fully handcrafted with manual polishing and fine grinding, leading to a tolerance of around 1 inch. All other product series have a controlled tolerance within 5 mm (approximately 0.197 inches).
36What wall types are suitable for installation? Do you supply corresponding installation parts?
We support installation on two types of walls and provide matched installation kits. 1. Hollow wall with internal framework: Special hollow wall installation components are included. 2. Solid wall: Grooving and embedding construction is required on site, together with dedicated solid wall installation accessories.
37Is professional installation guidance available?
Yes. Each product comes with a specification manual containing complete installation requirements and technical parameters. We also provide 1:1 positioning paper templates to mark the exact position of embedded parts. Customers can request the positioning template from our customer service team in advance to complete electrical pre-embedding preparation in the early construction stage.
38Will bathroom humidity damage the finish?
Our products have passed the 48-hour acid salt-spray test. Normal bathroom humidity will not damage the surface finish. Nevertheless, regular maintenance is still required for long-term use. Please wipe and dry the unit periodically if it is frequently exposed to large amounts of water.
39How should I fold or hang a towel for the best warming result?
Please follow this key principle: towels can be overlapped when warming. Try to maximize contact between the towel surface and the heating surface of the towel warmer. If your towel is too large, fold it so that as much of the towel surface as possible makes full contact with the heating bars or panels of the towel warmer.
40Will my heated towel warmer rust?
Normally it will not rust. Our towel warmers are made of high-quality stainless steel with premium plating and surface treatment, delivering strong corrosion resistance. There is no need to worry about rust issues as long as special chemical agents are not used.
