Frequently asked questions
01Will bathroom humidity damage the finish?
Our products have passed the 48-hour acid salt-spray test. Normal bathroom humidity will not damage the surface finish. Nevertheless, regular maintenance is still required for long-term use. Please wipe and dry the unit periodically if it is frequently exposed to large amounts of water.
02How should I fold or hang a towel for the best warming result?
Please follow this key principle: towels can be overlapped when warming. Try to maximize contact between the towel surface and the heating surface of the towel warmer. If your towel is too large, fold it so that as much of the towel surface as possible makes full contact with the heating bars or panels of the towel warmer.
03Will my heated towel warmer rust?
Normally it will not rust. Our towel warmers are made of high-quality stainless steel with premium plating and surface treatment, delivering strong corrosion resistance. There is no need to worry about rust issues as long as special chemical agents are not used.
04How can I take care of my Stainless Steel Product?
No special maintenance is required. Simply wipe it regularly with a clean damp cloth. Stainless-steel heated towel warmers basically need no daily maintenance.
05How much does a heated towel warmer cost to run?
The operating cost is relatively low and depends on the power rating of the selected model. You can find the power information on each product’s detail page. Based on an average power of 100 watts, the unit will consume approximately 2.4 kWh per day when running non-stop at maximum temperature.
